Extra time is given in the first session to discuss your needs and for information gathering. Subsequent sessions may vary in length.

Hypnotherapy session – £65
Stop smoking/vaping package – £75
MP3 recordings are included and are an important part of the therapy to take home and listen to between treatments.
Please note, please give 24 hours-notice if cancelling or there will be a charge.
